As a manager, you should be EXTREMELY LUCKY to have an employee like Bhavin on your side. I have recruited him as a workhorse to quickly implement a feature or fix bugs quickly. But Bhavin proved to be way above my expectations. I call him a mastermind. Extremely logical, keen and clear when understanding and evaluating technologies. He has the practice of taking things with utmost interest and digging into the possible low-level details. He always keeps an eye on best algorithms in terms of performance and reusability in all of his dev tasks. While working with Bhavin for projects with eSyncTraining, one cannot be but impressed with his high skills of designing super easy and intuitive great looking UIs for any application. Then he impresses you with translating them into Flex skins — probably the best way I've seen anyone using Spark architecture in Flex 4. It'd be a very small thank you to him — I've learnt and improved a lot on Flex working with him; he's a genius who can make a Flex app look much greater than Flash/HTML5 designs.
